Will you attend caucus and assembly in March to help get my name on the ballot for the June primary? I would be honored by your support!

Here's a quick FAQ about caucus and assembly that might help you decide:

What the heck are caucus and assembly?

Good question! Caucus and Assembly are the processes the political parties use to decide which candidates qualify for the primary ballot. Caucus and Assembly are where your vote has the greatest power because you get to help choose which candidates' names will be listed on the June primary ballot.

Who can attend caucus and assembly?

Even if you've never done it before (most people haven't), you can support me at caucus and assembly this year if you:

The voting actually happens at assembly, but you MUST attend caucus (or complete an absence form) in order to be a delegate at Assembly. (A delegate is a person who votes at assembly.)

When are caucus and assembly and what if I can't be there on one of the dates?

  • Caucus will be held on Zoom starting at 6:30pm on March 5th.

  • Douglas County Assembly will be on March 14th (9am - noon) at ThunderRidge High School. If you can't attend Assembly in person, we can help you find a proxy.

What if I need more information?

There's more information on my website, at the DougCo Dems website, and in this Douglas County Lantern article.

Ok, my questions are answered. How do I sign up to support you at caucus and assembly?

Please sign up in two ways:
