What Is Caucus?
Caucus is the first step in the nominating process to get on the ballot. Caucus attendees sign up to be a delegate at County Assembly.
Caucus for the Douglas County Democratic Party is on Thursday, March 5 from 6 - 8 pm via zoom.
If you cannot attend Caucus, you may submit an Absence Form.
What happens after Caucus?
The final step in the nomination process is County Assembly. At County Assembly, delegates for HD39 will vote for the candidate they want to be on the primary ballot for June. County Assembly is Saturday, March 14 from 9 am - 12 pm in person at ThunderRidge High School in Highlands Ranch.
If you cannot attend County Assembly, there will be an option to select a proxy for your vote.
